We would like to welcome a new colleague, Mr. Yiqing Zhang to our team. Yiqing has been one of our team members since October 2013. His challenging task is to develop our consulting business in China, particularly in Shanghai.
Our colleague, Dr. Yuan Zhao now steps into the position “Chief Consultant of Competency Development”. Her main responsibility is to conceptualize and produce company-specified PERFORMANCE SIMUALTORS. She is also responsible for developing and evaluating specific behavior indicators included in competence models that are based on the organizational DNA.
By opening their own office in Shanghai on the 1st of May 2011, S&P Consulting will be strengthening their presence in China’s growth market. The new premises are located in the IFC Tower 2 in Pudong and in consequence, are situated directly within the city’s economic hub.
Our customer’s current strategy implementation projects include intensified market positioning outside Germany and currently especially in Asia. “Our customers expect S&P Consulting to rise to the same challenges and to provide infrastructures required for the accompaniment of onsite strategy and transformation processes” says Managing Associate Robert A.
