Xenia Mesterheide promoted to the position of Junior Consultant

Xenia Mesterheide was promoted to Junior Consultant on January 1st, 2016.

Since January 2015, Xenia Mesterheide has been working as a consulting assistant at SEDLÁK & PARTNER. She accompanied our consultants in projects on site and professionally supported project preparation and follow-up.

Xenia Mesterheide studied at the University of Zeppelin and at the Goldsmiths College, University of London, where she focused on the newer system theory. In her bachelor thesis, she examined the economic understanding of “Innovation” based on the organizational explanation of the newer system theory and further sociological models. Dealing with these concepts motivated Xenia to dedicate her sociological master’s studies in London to the system-theoretical explanation of the economic crisis that started in 2004. After her studies, Xenia – in her role as executive assistant – supported the management of a dynamic medium-size company in restructuring projects in the area of IT. She applied her gained theoretical and practical experience and knowledge in the consulting work at SEDLÁK & PARTNER.

In particular, her involvement in strategic consulting projects and the execution of innovative customer segmentation combined with a detailed market analysis qualifies Xenia Mesterheide for the position of Junior Consultant at SEDLÁK & PARTNER.

We wish Xenia much success and all the best for her new Tasks.
