We’d like to welcome Ms. Xenia Mesterheide to our Team

We warmly welcome Ms. Mesterheide in our team. Ms. Mesterheide has joined Sedlák & Partner as a Consulting Assistant in January 2015. As such she will assist our consultants in the preparation, execution and documentation of customer projects.

Ms. Mesterheide studied at Zeppelin University and the University of London’s Goldsmith College. During her undergraduate studies she first came into contact with New System Theory. In her bachelor thesis she subsequently examined the economic understanding of “innovation” in the context of an explanatory system theoretical approach as well as other sociological models. This experience motivated Ms. Mesterheide to focus her master thesis on the topic of a system-theoretical explanation of the causes of the economic crisis in 2004. In her subsequent work as an assistant manager, Ms. Mesterheide was involved in challenging restructuring projects for a medium-sized IT company. She is now looking forward to enrich SEDLÁK & PARTNER with her theoretical and practical knowledge and experience.

For our part, we are delighted to have found in Ms. Mesterheide a coworker with a solid prior understanding of New System Theory and whish her all the best for her future career with SEDLÁK & PARTNER.
