We are very pleased to welcome a new colleague to our team. In mid-December 2012, Mr. Boris Wesemann has joined SEDLÁK & PARTNER. Since then he has assisted our department of Consultancy and Qualification. As a consulting assistant, particularly in the area of E-Learning, Mr. Wesemann will support our consultants preparing company-specific HR development concepts, e-learning modules and PERFORMANCE SIMULATORS.
He will participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of workshops and online surveys to identify relevant training needs and competencies. He will furthermore evaluate the survey results and prepare the reports and interpretations.
After his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, Mr. Wesemann successfully completed his Master degree in Business Education. As a student trainee, Mr. Wesemann has already been co-responsible for the development and scientific support of economic education programs. After his study, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Financial Services and co-created the conception and implementation of e-learning programs. He also worked in different positions in the HR development and marketing in e-commerce companies. In addition, Mr. Wesemann taught at vocational schools. He hence brings along pedagogic as well as economic competencies and will now use his experience from previous jobs at SEDLÁK & PARTNER.
We are pleased to have found another qualified and committed colleague in Mr. Wesemann and wish him all the best for his further development at SEDLÁK & PARTNER.
